Our HTN 90/10 Fescue blend consists of 90-percent Tall Fescue with 10-percent Texas Hybrid Bluegrass that grows into a sturdy and beautiful lawn. HTN 90/10 Fescue lawns combine outstanding turf quality with heat tolerance and drought resistance. A “hybrid” grass, it meets with Colorado’s requirements for a hybridized grass. Our HTN 90/10 Fescue offers exemplary shade tolerance, has a beautifully soft green color and is soft to the touch.
